Il est donc essentiel d&rsquo;utiliser la bonne eau pour pr\u00e9parer la tasse de th\u00e9 parfaite. L&rsquo;expression \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;eau, le reste viendra plus tard\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;applique donc \u00e9galement \u00e0 ta boisson chaude pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le th\u00e9 est infus\u00e9 avec de l&rsquo;eau du robinet, de l&rsquo;eau de source riche en min\u00e9raux ou de l&rsquo;eau provenant d&rsquo;un filtre, tu verras un th\u00e9 <strong>trouble<\/strong> avec une pellicule \u00e0 la surface. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;interaction du th\u00e9 avec les min\u00e9raux pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;eau. Le calcium et le magn\u00e9sium en sont principalement responsables. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t que tu trouves dans ta tasse se retrouve d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9galement sur tes dents et dans ton estomac ! Utilise donc toujours de<strong> l&rsquo;eau avec un r\u00e9sidu sec maximum de 50 mg\/l.<\/strong>     <strong> <\/strong>Cela est clairement indiqu\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette de la bouteille. Des exemples d&rsquo;eau convenable sont Spa Reine, Mont Roucous, Montcalm et Montille. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 faire le test ! Pr\u00e9pare 4 tasses de th\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans une tasse en verre). Une avec de l&rsquo;eau du robinet, une avec de l&rsquo;eau en bouteille ayant un r\u00e9sidu sec sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 mg\/l, une avec de l&rsquo;eau en bouteille ayant un r\u00e9sidu sec inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 mg\/l, et une avec de l&rsquo;eau filtr\u00e9e.
